Ron Paul is speaking to huge crowds on the campaign trail but somehow it’s not translating into votes for the Texas Congressman. In several states Paul has had a ton of people show up for Caucuses but somehow finish in last place. In Maine last month Paul was given the run around by the state Repulican Party when they moved the only county he won in 2008s voting to a different day and then declared Mitt Romney the winner.
Paul is an outsider and there are those in power in the GOP that do not want to see him do well due to his foreign policy. He won’t likely win but if it goes to a brokered convention Paul could be a player in Tampa this summer.
